some new patch note's have been bosted on the beta site heres a interesting bit of info on spell push back .
Spell casting and spell channeling pushback has been changed to the following:
* When casting a spell:
o The first and second hit will add .5 secs each to the cast time.o All hits after the second will have no effect.
* When channeling a spell:
o The first and second hit reduces current duration by 25% of total duration each.o All hits after the second will have no effect.

wotlk beta bugs
theres updated info on the bugs, and the skills on the offical forums over at http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com .
heres some info .
System -After completing the quest where you fight at Light's Hope Chapel when your character "passes out" the screen fades black and a loading screen appears. Prior to completion of the load an error noise is heard and WoW crashes to desktop. Players experiencing this cannot log into their Death Knight or use them as it will load then crash again. [Error: The instruction at 0x008ce6db referenced memory at 0x00000108. The memory could not be read.]
Mechanics -When using two 1 Handed Weapons and switching to a 2 Handed weapon it will grey out the 2 Handed weapon and not let you move it. This is fixed by relogging currently. -The Rune UI sometimes will get stuck flashing when a rune is active again. -Talent Points and spells were not cleared and reset. This seems to be causing login errors or other problems for people with spells that should no longer exist. The spell I am referring to is Frozen Rune Weapon. -Ghouls seem to be out of whack a bit Talented and untalented in terms of duration and attack rotation. Talented ghouls have no selection of abilities which is most likely due to the recent change and a bump in the road. Clarification would be helpful. -Ghouls seem to not be able to attack certain mobs [Terrokantula] It is unknown if this is due to a bug with the ghouls or an attack box problem. -Master of ghouls seems to be making Ghouls Permanent. They never despawn and disappear when I mounted, the Ghoul reappears when dismounting similar to a warlock pet. Mounting seems to be one of the causes to permanent Ghoul syndrome. -Frost Fever and Blood Plague are missing their durations of 12 seconds base on the tooltip, their damage per tick or over time is missing as well. -The Talent points to Ravenous Dead are frequently being refunded during normal play, even when talents below it are used/filled. -Death Coil is using 2 charges of Cinderglacier rather than one. It seems alot of abilities that shouldnt are triggering Cinderglacier. -The Rune System still has some kinks to iron out that Blizzard is most likely aware of. Rune inconsistencies and Runic Power issues are common and mostly display errors.
