The next rank of Fishing skill allows you to advance your fishing skill beyond 375 to 450. This rank is called "Grand Master". It is not known how the new rank of Fishing is trained.

Fishing Trainers are in the main points of entry to Northrend - at least Valiance Keep and Valgarde (Alliance) and Vengeance Landing (Horde). A trainer can also be found in Dalaran (neutral), on the street in the south-east side of the city. The Fishing Trainers currently only offer Apprentice and Journeyman ranks, like Fishing Trainers elsewhere in Azeroth.

Death Knights only start with one secondary profession, First Aid (currently at 270/300). So expect Death Knights to develop their fishing skills from nothing, like everyone else.

Game files also contain a reference to "Ice Fishing". This may be quest-related and not a new skill.
